1792 Small Batch Bourbon

Almost a peppery spice on the nose, but not a lot in the flavor. Flavor has a bit of a bite, but sweetens up quickly. Ends up a little dry with some of the oak woodiness coming through.

Not my first choice. Starts with a small bite around the middle of the pallet. Finished much smoother with a leathery tobacco flavor.

The texture alone makes this worthwhile. Golden nectar! Sweet dessert notes. I'd wager this is a blend of young and old, no middle aged whiskies here. Young and sweet upfront then dry and full of wood notes near the end. Ideal for when you want a quiet corner and a heavy low ball.
