1792 Small Batch Bourbon

Decent to good. Not a ton of burn but not a ton of flavor either. Kind of a warm caramel aroma, but doesn’t come through much on flavor when neat. Might be better on ice?

Very smooth. Lots wood char and burnt corn. Sweet and long but balanced well.

Some citrus fruit and vanilla, as well as surprisingly thick heat on the nose. Tasting brings brown sugar, vanilla, some little spicy spikes. Really enjoyable. End of bottle Update— love this stuff. Nose became full on rich, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Rich and delicious. Luxurious on the palette.
