Their silver tequila is made from agave picked at 8 - 12 years old at harvest and double-distilled.

Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
Tasting Notes
"This tequila rests solidly in the middle of the road. There's nothing terribly distinctive in its sweeter vegetal flavors, nor does it offend with any sort of ferocity of spice or alcoholic finish. It's basically one of the Top-40-station’s-greatest-hits of tequila offerings - maybe you don't want it every day, but fun every once in a while if it happens to be on."
