El Decreto ("the decree" in Spanish) is made from 7 - 12 year old agave grown in the Jalisco highlands. The cooked agave goes through a 5 - 7 day fermentation process before double-distillation. The blanco is rested in American oak for 15 days, then filtered for clarity before bottled in handmade glass bottles.

    Distilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.

"This is a very sharp and fresh tequila with tangy grapefruit and lime zest offering a mouthwatering start. Fresh chives and grassy notes follow, taking it into a tangy finish. This sturdy-bodied sipper finishes clean and zesty. "
