291 Colorado Rye Whiskey Maple Syrup Barrel

This is absolutely amazing! If you know what an Aspen tree smells like this tastes like one but with some Maple sweetness to smooth it out. The proof tastes no where near the 61.7ABV thats in the bottle. This isn’t an everyday whiskey but if you want to go out on a limb and leave the traditional flavors and find something much different, this is it. For $105 a bottle you get a VERY limited handmade local batch flavor of true Colorado whiskey. So glad I got a chance to have this shared with me. 3/11/21
