Tasting Notes
"The aroma of the bourbon seems to lean into the insecticide territory. There are some hay and caramel notes tucked in there, but the medicinal notes take over and are off-putting. Over time, that blows off, but the palate isn't an improvement. The raw grain flavors highlight the young age of the whiskey with too little of a body to sustain you. Cinnamon hots, fresh herbs, and char notes are what you are left with on the finish."
