Tasting Notes
"The nose already suggests a rather hearty sipping experience, with rich notes of cocoa, dried apricots, dark cherry, and baking spices with a slight note of baked ham. The whiskey plants its flag on the palate with a rich coating of roasted nuts, caramel and chocolate flavors backed by more sweet spices. Instead of fizzling into the finish, it seems to get richer with every sip, with a slight charred oak smokiness in the back palate. "
