Reviewed February 16, 2019 (edited January 31, 2020)Big sherry sweet with a sharp alcohol bite due to cask strength. I put a couple drops in it and let it sit a bit and tried again, grape becomes more noticeable with the water. Opens it up nicely, makes it taste even more fruity and pulls the bite off. The finish with water is a little bitter.
