Tasted May 16, 2022I was really surprised to learn this wasn't a bourbon. The high abv, baking spices, caramel, and corn on the nose all pointed that way. With (a lot of) water, it starts to seem more like a spey with more apples, salted caramel. Very, very good. Would buy. -

Tasted May 6, 2022Nose: lots a syrupy grape. Faint cereal malt. Dry wood. Later red wine. Body: full, mouth coating. Palate: little smoke and sweet syrup grape, faint cereal, rubber Finish: fairly big and pretty long. Not exactly smokey more like a lingering hot grape. Really nice. Note: batch 6 as a taste from Jared. 59.9%. This is a luxurious sweet large bold dram. Very delicious -

Tasted April 30, 2022Batch 071 - 61.5% ABV/123 Proof On the nose: big sherry cask notes of raisins, cherry, vanilla and some sherry funk/sulfur, and some ethanol On the palate: big chewy honey, orange, huge raisin note, cherry and baking spice. Drinks a little hot, but it is 123 proof after all With some water: mellow honey, more even sherry notes of raisin, dried figs, and black cherry and pronounced baking spices. This is the way to drink in my opinion On the finish: sweet and fruity - a lasting finish Overall: Powerful stuff. Sherry bomb concentrate. If you like cask strength bourbon and sherry bombs, this is a great pick in particular90.0 USD per Bottle -

Tasted April 24, 2022Nose- sharp sherry with some carmel Taste- sharp dry sherry that then turns into into a sweet drark fruit explosion. Def multi layered. That hard sherry carmel is a different kind of feeling Finish- sweetness slowly fades with the heat that came up I keep getting different tastes from this. At first I wasn't sure but I think I could like this.
