Tasting Notes
"A deep and rich mezcal that borders on tasting like a rum or bourbon. Smoky and ashy with black pepper and a hint of agave on the nose. The palate follows suit with butterscotch, herbs, roasted corn and black pepper. While not particularly faithful to the flavor of agave, this is one of the more compelling aged mezcals on the market "
