Alberta Premium Cask Strength Rye

Dark molasses, liquorice, green pepper, vanilla, mint. Quite a lot of heat when neat. An ice cube dilutes the spice (a bit- still a burning finish!) and brings out more oak and grass, some banana

Neat- maple, hot 🔥, spicy rye finish. Ice cube- brings out butterscotch candy, vanilla, pepper. Much better with ice, sweet and spicy

May have to warm up to this one but, right now, no.

Green pepper, sapling, carmel nose

Acetone, darrrk maple syrup, and molasses dominate the potent ethanol-heavy nose. Maple and spice carry through on the palate. Subtle liquorice and vanilla come through with a bit of added water, slightly buttery but not super dense or oily in mouthfeel.

So much depth, goes down so easy for being almost 70% well worth every penny!
