Tasting Notes
"This rye has a grassy nose that’s loaded with rye grain cereal with a pleasant green and herbaceous tone. The oak never overpowers the palate. Instead, it complements the orchard fruits by tossing in some vanilla, ginger and nutty spice. This rye shows off how enjoyable young rye can be. (Note: Review from Batch 1)"
