Carmel and oak. Smooth and nice finish but not super complex.

Meium depth, faint garrigue, not mich depth but very pleasing on the palate. Nice for a manhattan

It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, spices & wood; while a delicate life adds notes of cereal grains; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of toasted oak, cedar & butterscotch. May 2023

What? Not from Kentucky? Pretty decent bourbon to make it sip worthy and an interesting combination of mid scale notes. Lands distinctly on the middle shelf.
