Tasting Notes
"The nose is very clean, without much evidence of acetone or chemical harshness. Faint cereal notes emerge after a few whiffs. The palate is surprisingly tart and almost fruity, a bit like a smarties candy with some light florals. The grain notes creep into the midpalate to neutralize the sweet-tartness a bit. The finish is slightly hot, but clean. "
