Tasting Notes
"The nose pounces from agave and spice to raisins, candy floss, and other dried fruits. This is a rich and peppery whisky with nice interplay between the vanilla-oak sweetness, cocoa, and the fruit-peel bitter zest. Toasty wood smoke layers in an intricate touch with just a pinch of salt that seasons the whisky like a skilled chef. The finish’s high-proof spice tickles the top of the mouth until this spice combusts and the zesty fruit flavors fade. "
