Tasting Notes
"Chocolate-covered raisins, red wine, rum sugars, and Can’t-get-enough-of-that Sugar-Crisp-Cereal aromas slam the nose. Spectrum fires on all cylinders exploding with flavor. Sweet figs, bitter walnut skins, salted caramels, slight oak tannins, leather, and wet wood. The finish dips into Cognac territory where sweetened nuts and a little mulled wine enter the mix. Exceptionally rich and original."
