Toffee, caramel, honey, tropical fruits, cereal grains, smoke, peat, and baking spices notes. A little rough and fiery on the palate, a couple drops of water rounds the rough edges and make the palate buttery. The finish is long with peat, smoke, fiery spices and tropical fruit notes. Smooth and flavorful!

Interesting. Lightly peated, nice. I’m getting a faint mint taste which I don’t love.

Straw color. The nose has vanilla bean, dried apples, iodine, honey, campfire marshmallows, and Earl Grey tea. The palate has smoked meat, vanilla, cotton candy, dried sea weed, iodine, black pepper and chocolate covered blueberries to create a nice blend of smokey, earthy and sweet. The finish is medium length with vanilla, cotton candy, peat smoke, black pepper, and faint cardamom.

A very rich nose to it with spices and peat. Sea spray aroma of an Islay. Taste matches that fullness. Black pepper and smoke dominate. Light vanilla and peach undertones. Lingering spice and richness.
