An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin

This is a great small batch Irish gin, authentic and smooth. You can easily pick the juniper and citrus notes, however the maritime profile is very prominent. Unfortunately, that’s also the reason why it didn’t get a perfect score. I’ve tried maritime gins before but, I felt that the seaweed was too savory. I tried it neat, on ice and in G&T. It went well although I ended up sticking to the tonic to balance it out.
