Reviewed May 5, 2023Second pass at this was much better. First time was neat, this time over a cube. Sweetness right away, nice nose. But, then it kind of fades in to nothing, kinda thin. Turned it into an Old Fashioned and fantastic. -

Reviewed February 14, 2021Pecan pie sweetness, with a hint of...baking spice (btw, hate that reference, but can't think of anything better right now) on the nose. Taste, what taste? Water... Then a finish with a sweet flavor reminiscent of the nose. Very smooth, that's about it.15.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed November 24, 2020 (edited May 5, 2023)This is certainly NOT an American single malt whiskey, but rather a Kentucky blended whiskey, at an 80:20 blend ratio. Bottled at Frankfort, KY (Buffalo Trace). No age statement, so it's 4+ years old (the straight whiskies). The appearance is of clear gold, with thin, uniform alcohol legs. The aroma is of creamy vanilla, very subdued charred oak, and generalized corn spirits. Taste is of sugary corn candy, some vanilla, a touch of charred oak, nectar, and grain spirits. Body is medium, and Ancient Age Preferred finishes moderate long. RJT8.99 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed September 14, 2019 (edited March 19, 2024)I don't get this. 10 star is good. Just offer regular and 10 star. Why even sell this stuff. Highly disappointing.
