Angel Bendito Extra Añejo

A rich, additive free, Agave Spirit by Nom 1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos) crafted in an autoclave, fermented in stainless steel, double distilled & aged in American White Oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of wood, baked & dried fruits, nuts, herbs & spics; while a rich life adds notes of berries, dates, plum, prunes & agave syrup; that led to a long & complex death with notes of white pepper, oak, hazelnut, vanilla, butterscotch, maple syrup & hints of celery, cinnamon & dark chocolate.
