Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Oak and rum on the aroma. Smooth. Sweet and easy drinker. I don’t pick up a burn and leaves a nice sweet aftertaste. Close to my fanorite so far. Taste great with a side of 12 oz Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest.

This was a surprising rye. Loved the flavor.

This will be a very brief review, as I only had just a small sample at a tasting at my grocery store this afternoon... This is some darn good Rye! Very sweet and syrupy. Lots of maple syrup and even some licorice on the palate. I will definitely be buying a bottle of this once my bottle of Pikesville Rye is killed.
