Maple

definitely different, very enjoyable. nose: first dill, rye, saltiness. after letting it sit it became more vanilla and sweet. Pallate: complex, burnt sugar, maple syrup, rye spice on the finish, smooth overall.

I have the "Finished Rye". It's a little too sweet for my taste, but I recognize that it's still excellent. Very smooth.
