Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Maple syrup, toasted pecans, banana, and a hint of cinnamon on the nose. Brown sugar, toasted marshmallow, warm spices, and a hint of pepper on the end. Very sweet and mild rye.

Maple breakfast, but feels to me me more like a bourbon maple breakfast. There's some spice rye on the finish, but it only reveals itself on the way out

Sweet, maybe too sweet. But full of brown sugar, baked apple, and baking spices and unreasonably smooth on the finish. There's a lingering finish of spicy rye, but mellowed by all the sweetness. Dangerous at 100 proof, as one might be able to throw this back without knowing
