Very nice good thickness good taste not too sweet good bitterness level

3.7.22 Served: Large rock, rocks glass Bottle Open: 5 Months Moderate sweetness, pleasant bitterness. Most comparableble to cynar and Cardamaro. A chalky "smarties" flavor is still present, but not overwhelming.

1.3.22 Served: Neat Bottle Open: 3 Months Aroma: Mainly earthy, with some dried fruit and mint. Smells like a dash of fernet added to cynar. Flavor: Medium bodied. Starts like spiceless ginger. Mids with menthol/cough drop, candied orange, and earthiness. Tasted more like minty cynar when sitting on the tongue, and more like powdered candies (smarties, pez) when aerated throughout the mouth. Finishes like powdery smarties candy as well. Overall very easy drinking and has a manageable level of sweetness.

Earthy, burnt orange, slightly bitter, not too viscous, not that long of a finish. Very easy to drink. Clean with a lot of flavor. Very happy I came across this bottle!
