"The aroma of this liqueur has the unmistakable bright, vegetal notes of a freshly cut celery stalk, with a hint of candied sweetness. On the palate, there's a bite of spice to start, but then it fades out into a lovely herbaceous, celery-forward flavor. Its texture is lighter than you'd expect from a liqueur, and leaves a nice, light coating behind. Drink this in pared down cocktail or on its own for a bite of savory goodness."
