Still Cellars Apple Straight Up // Colorado, USA
Using apples from the Western Slope of Colorado, each batch of Apple Straightup is just a little bit different. Approximately 20 pounds of fruit per bottle is distilled and bottled in Longmont, Colorado. Note: Since this is also made from cane it is not technically a brandy, but a spirit.
Other BrandyBrandy distilled from any type of fruit-based wine produced anywhere in the world. Not referring to any of the designated or protected areas such as Cognac, Armagnac, Calvados, etc.
"Cloudy, unfiltered, and slightly amber in hue, the aroma is tart with a hint of warm baking spices. Subtle apple-y sweetness falls off quickly to a single-note. The finish is dry. "
