Using apples from the Western Slope of Colorado, each batch of Apple Straightup is just a little bit different. Approximately 20 pounds of fruit per bottle is distilled and bottled in Longmont, Colorado.

"Cloudy, unfiltered, and slightly amber in hue, the aroma is tart with a hint of warm baking spices. Subtle apple-y sweetness falls off quickly to a single-note. The finish is dry. "
