Smell: apple, fruits, candy Taste: sugar cane, vanilla

Lots of banana on the nose and palate with a finish of pencil lead that cuts through even in a daiquiri. I found it's most delicious with other intense flavors like in a rum Negroni or a coquito, where the funkier flavors are softened, but the mellower flavors still come through.
