Reviewed October 13, 2023 (edited October 14, 2023)Nose: Peaches, Grapes, Apple, a Brandy-like profile Palate: Faint whisps of vanilla, tannic oak, bitterness Finish: Short, almost no finish Self-described as made with 10-liter pot stills and a dream- perhaps they need to keep dreaming. The nose was interesting with its fruity notes but the palate falls absolutely flat. Thin with no finish, at first sip this whiskey came off as a 100% drain pour. However, a couple more sips I found a little bit more in the palate but overall this is a no for me dog. -

Reviewed February 18, 2022 (edited February 22, 2024)A little bit sweeter, smooth. Hints of honey, caramel. Almost reminiscent of Irish whiskey, but has the same maltiness of bourbons (which makes sense considering the Bourbon mash)48.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed April 30, 2020 (edited March 10, 2021)Right off the get go...the cloudiness and sediment inside the bottle made it stand out. Finished in a wine cask, the product is appealingly raw in appearance. The nose is sweet with red wine black currant notes. There is a layer of what I can only describe as warm plastic in the background. The palette is very light on the front. So light that I cant get past the wine barrell. Theres more to it for sure, but I lack the experience to notate it -
