Nose: smoke, earthy, sweet, some fruity, floral notes, (winey) pungent spices, bit alcohol. Later on the floral notes disappear and fruity notes became full banana
Palate: dust, smoked ham, friendly upfront, then pepper kicks in
Finish: caramel sweetness, smoke, pepper, some bitterness, cheawy, salty, roasted nuts
I tried this one over a few rocks and althiuth there was prat, it was muted, more likely by the ice, but i was still able to get some saltiness and citrus, more lemon than orange on the palate. The finish was good, not ashy. Need to try it beed to see how it differs.
