Nose: smoke, vanilla, smoked meat
Taste: peat, smoke, salted smoked meat, more salt, pepper, a little spice.
At 57%, you gotta add some water, otherwise you have to wait awhile for the heat of booze to chill out. Great scotch, but Uigeadail is what I would stick with for a bottle purchase above the 10yr in the standard line.

Great base but burns too much on the way down for a high end single malt. Maybe I just can't handle it. I probably just can't handle it. Will try again in 5O years.
