Tasting Notes

"Elegant and fruity with citrusy hints, red berries, honeycomb, bee wax and some underlying delicate flowery notes. The palate is rich, robust and rather complex with delicious Christmas spices, dark chocolate truffles, pecan pie, cherry marmalade and dried fruits. The sherry influence couldn't be more obvious actually. The finish is lingering with more spices, blood oranges and raw coffee grounds."
