Tasting Notes
"The agave flavors hold up well here, though in a very concentrated, stewed form. It's also remarkably dry for such a mature bourbon-barrel añejo with zesty flavors of lime and grapefruit peel and herbal notes of thyme, rosemary, and mint. A spice road blend of cinnamon, clove, and cardamom is sprinkled over caramel, vanilla, and toffee with a hint of smoked meat on the finish. "
