A delicate Agave Spirt by Nom1424 from Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico crafted with Weber Azul Agave that is cooked in stone/brick ovens; fermented in stainless steel tanks; double distilled in Stainless Pot Still that has a Copper Coil before bottling at 40% ABV. It has a delicate birth with notes of cooked agave, citrus, nuts, herbs & spices; while a smooth life adds notes of orange, mint & anise; that leads to a quick & balanced death with notes of Agave nectar, white pepper, almonds & leather.

An elegant Agave Spirit by Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca for Tequileña Distillery (NOM 1146) crafted with an autoclave under low pressure, 2x distilled with a column still, before being bottled additive free at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds notes of vanilla, honeydew melon, olive, mint, lemongrass & dill; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of mushrooms, black tea, sea spray, black pepper & cinnamon.
