ASW Optic Promise

A balanced, un-peated, bourbon-style single malt by Head Distiller & Lead fiddle Justin Manglitz for American Spirit Whiskey in Atlanta, Georgia distilled in Scottish-style copper pot stills from 50% Golden Promise (a traditional distilling grain used in Scottish single malts) & 50% of the malt formerly known as Optic; bottled at 55.6% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cereal grain, nuts & vanilla; while a rich life adds notes of candied apple, cardamon, fudge & lemon; that leads to a woody death with a hint of dough.
