Auchentoshan Three Wood

Disappointed. Everybody was raving about this bottle. Smells like cinnamon and some sweet herbs. Taste like cinnomon and some sweet spices as well, not really to my liking though. After taste was short.

Woody

Sweet caramel and vanilla. Spice and dark fruit.

Smells of dark cherries and apples. Raisens, oak, apples are sweet up front with a bit of a medium spiced finish.

Way too much oak.

Smooth and delicious Lowland. Heard not as positive reviews on Auchentoshan when I started drinking scotch, but this one has me wondering (albeit, this guy has much better reviews compared to their cheaper whiskies). This one will be a regular in my cabinet
