Tasting Notes
"Seville oranges stick out on the nose, along with cloves, cinnamon, and licorice. The palate showcases vanilla extract upfront with a viscous mouthfeel, along with sour cherries and spearmint, and moving towards the back, more whiskey-centric characteristics with dark brown sugar and a touch of tannic oak and leather. The finish is short and warming, with candied citrus peels, maple syrup, and barrel char."
