Reviewed February 5, 2019L: Clear, fine crest where multiple medium drops fall at a slow pace. N: Neutral, mild sweet ethanol note, soft toasted white bread, whisper of floral notes. Subtle flavors but not bland. M: Sweet ethanol, subtle grain chaff, subtle berry flavor such as blueberries and field strawberries, again very neutral. The body has a nice texture and is a bit oily with a soft astringency, there is also a nice sweetness, a pleasant heat & a light bitterness. No off-flavors. F: Lingering heat with berries taking more place leaving a sort of berry flavored water. In summary: sweet, neutral, grainy & fruity. Great as a sipper and would wonders in a Cape Codder or a Vodka & Tonic.28.3 CAD per Bottle
