Reviewed August 4, 2024An intense, aperitif from France that has an intense birth with notes of citrus & herbs; while a bitter-sweet life adds notes of gentian, rhubarb & cinchona; that led to a long & complex death. May 2019 -

Reviewed August 21, 2021The nose starts with a smell of cut grass with a slight amount of ethanol present. There is a scent similar to the smell of crushed gravel. The drink begins bitter with hints of cut grass, lemon, orange peel, and cinnamon. A bit of syrup taste comes out after this. The drink is decently thin. It finishes with an orange medicinal taste and some astringency. This seems like an attempt to find a middle ground between Aperol and Campari with less bitterness. The flavors do not marry as cleanly as in Campari, but it is still decent especially for the price point.15.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed October 7, 2019Neon rose orange color--beautiful. Floral, orange, and sweet in the nose and mouth, and then bitter edge comes on in the finish. Medium light body. Similar to Aperol but lighter, less bitter. Drink as an aperitif or mix like Aperol in cocktails.
