Bacardí Reserva Ocho 8 Year

Not much of a nose. But the pallet is pretty good. Brown sugar, vanilla, and light baking spice. Bacardi 8 sits somewhere below plantation 5, but shouldn't be under estimated.

Dark chocolate, apple, tobacco and a bite of molasses on the tongue. Citrus, leather, and old paper on the nose. Finish is short-medium the lingering taste is the molasses. Wonder what a higher ABV would produce. 🤔
