This is the premier release from Bahnbrëcker ("trailblazer" in German), a brand co-founded by country star Randy Rogers, Eric Chase, Cary Schindler, Ash Wineinger, Michael Devers, and Steve Luttmann in New Braunfels, TX. Slow River Blend is the first-ever Hefeweizen-style whiskey, made from Texas and Midwestern wheat macerated with lemon peel and clove.

Tasting Notes
"Hefeweizen is an unusual inspiration for whiskey, but it's fitting for New Braunfels, Texas. The blend of wheat whiskeys is light on the palate and moderately sweet, with the lemon peel adding a hint of citrus and clove coming through primarily with spice and banana on the finish. It's an easy and approachable sipper, and even skeptics of flavored whiskeys may enjoy the subtlety and uniqueness of this combination."
