Baker's Small Batch Bourbon

Rich. Sweet but not too sweet.

Ohhh, harsh. Ya it is up there in proof but beyond that it is harsh. Maybe a mix in with diluted aspects... hot toddy anyone.

Little to no alcohol nose or bite on the tongue. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly spicy, but very smooth. Finish is spicy in the throat but quick.

Molasses

Sweet and spicy.

Nose presents as dusty sweet corn with notes of Carmel, peanut shells and a rich boozy note. The palate gave me corn, oak, tartness with dark brown sugar and cinnamon in the mid palate. Finishing with more oak, understated butterscotch and a hint of cinnamon. Neck pour, very consistent with the last bottle I had summer 2019.
