Reviewed August 19, 2021 (edited December 16, 2021)OK, so I had a bottle of this years ago. Now back for a review. Baker's Small Batch, not the new one. I consider this a standard Bourbon caramel Bourbon. But this is also among the top Bourbons that really needs a few drops of water. Brings it to life. Lots of baking spice and some pepper bloom and the finish is longer with some cinnamon. -

Reviewed August 13, 2021 (edited June 19, 2022)2.5 stars - Very nice; multiple bar pours Tastes like Jim Beam white label with all the rough edges polished off. This used to be in limbo on the store shelf. Terrible branding. Jim Beam Bottle in Bond, Jim Beam Single Barrel, and Bookers were all better value-for-your-money picks. Very glad to see Bakers got completely refreshed. -

Reviewed July 12, 2021Smooth up front, finishes with some Cinnamon/spice. A hair more complexity could take the from good to great.
