Baker's Small Batch Bourbon

Very good and sweet!

String but Carmelo and spicy

Smells of butterscotch and bit of orange zest. Taste is similar to the smell but the cross between sweet and a little spicy makes it interesting flavors of butterscotch, orange, with some of the bit coming from flavors of peppercorns and wood spice. Medium finish sticks around just as long as you would like it too.

Floral on nose, smooth

Nose - Banana, vanilla - not much else Palate - Vanilla, pepper, hint of cherry Finish - short, spicy

An excellent introductory bourbon and also a good choice for cocktails. Hits all the major notes with a high proof.
