Reviewed June 12, 2021 (edited June 15, 2021)Le meilleur bourbon que j’ai eut la chance de goûter, devant le Woodford Reserve. Smooth et goûteux, on ne penserait jamais boire un produit à 55%. Dispendieux pour un bourbon, mais offre un comparable/alternative aux scotchs. Tout ce qu’on s’attend d’un bourbon avec un équilibre incroyable. Donne le goût d’essayer d’autres bourbon high-end. Gouté avec M. Drolet en 2021-06. -

Reviewed June 9, 2021Tasting neat, 7yrs 3mos: Nose brings wood spice and heat, with yummy vanilla custard. Palate is thick and powerful, hitting you with heat and delicious cinnamon combined with more luscious vanilla. Finish is medium-long with more spice and toffee, lingering for days. -

Reviewed June 2, 20218 yrs, 0 mos. Warehouse CL-Z, barreled 12-2011. Pepper, cloves,molasses, charred oak, roasted cherries, alcohol up front with a sweat toasted pecan finish. Great barrel.
