Balcones Baby Blue

nose: buttery kettle corn taste: hot, spicy, barrel, kinda harsh finish: spicy and leather strange ride, sweet nose totally different from everything else. Added some water, tamed the heat a bit, but not finding a lot of flavors.

Sweet on the nose. Candy corn. Alcohol. Closer to Scotch than Bourbon on the taste. Smooth light finish. Good stuff.
