Honey, corn, vanilla, hay and mild spice on the nose. Follows through on the palate with a nice burst of smoky oak, leather, caramel and molasses. Makes me think of bbq. Fairly short corn and cinnamon finish. Doesn’t blow you away with its complexity but it’s a very Texasy bourbon.
