Initially smells of cinnamon and definitely the pot still scents. However the initial taste is more of mud and grass with a faint bit of cinnamon that disappears at the middle and ending taste of some heat and likely is influenced by the youth of this whiskey. Much better can be found.

Nose: Lots of vanilla and a bit of maple syrup and herbal notes- very sweet and light.
Palate: Vanilla, herbal and very light heat on the finish. Not very complex but very tasty.
Nose is not much. First taste is drywall mud and not much else. Second taste is still mud and there is just not much else. A little water just thins the mud. This is one of the weirdest tasting "bourbons" I have ever had.
Neat pour. Very vanilla and butterscotch, sweet, and heavy mouthfeel.
On ice, the flavors all get muted except for a smokiness, which is somewhat stale.
With water, the butterscotch and vanilla stay on the nose and a really sweet peach flavor comes out, just like peach candy rings.
