Much too spicy for my taste

Best with a cube. wood / smoke / spice flavor, yet rich.

First sip has notes of citrus and sweet pear with a light spice in the back of my nose. First sip has spicy sweet notes of buttery Carmel and a spicy citrus after taste that lingers on my tongue.

The nose is sweet. There is a spicy sweet flavor combo that kicks in immediately. Almost a mix of caramel and cinnamon. The middle is buttery and smooth. There is an alcohol burn that lingers through the finish.

No real burn, especially considering the percentage. Notes of butter, caramel, and clove. Very smooth and no real ethanol smell. A very pleasant aroma and is one I would enjoy sipping for a while while savoring the smell.

Mild oak flavor that comes through with ginger beer
