Reviewed August 8, 2020 (edited September 19, 2020)Very good for it’s age. Balcones whiskey just has a corn dust smell that I can’t get past. Nose: Corn dust and dark fruit. Palate: Dark fruit with burnt sugar notes and some sort of nut. Finish: As usual, it’s pretty hot with a long finish. Mouthfeel: Quite viscous
