Still to young but WAY better than the blue corn. Like eating a peach before it’s juicy and sweet....you know where it’s headed but it isn’t there yet

batch SM17-9 Bronze color. Big barbecue nose, shoe leather. The shoe leather notes continue on the palate, old wood taste. Very dry finish. Great with pepperoni pizza

Deep in the heart of Tejas! If you like scotch you’ll dig it, if not no issue. Thick and syrupy malt madness, tingly spice on the finish. Competitive with Deerhammer and Stranahan’s. Me? I’ll stick with their Balcone Blue cuz corn is best served liquified!
